The views from the Junior Suite Spa Bath captivated us. The Wi-Fi connection proved unreliable .

Modern, clean plenty of hot water, views, quiett no children,,plenty of parking space, pleasently greeted on arrival.
Food poorly served ,poor quallity, that was the evening meal. Breakfast starts at 8.30 came down for breakfast at 8.50 coffee in a flask luke warm, 4 bar toaster only one element working, asked at reception for some sort of explanation was told nobody available. Finally we could not use the bath or shower as it has a 55cm step over, and no handles for support. We are 75 years of age, the bath does not have a nonslip surface,.We have complained to the PoseIdon Group Benidorm but not had a reply to our email at this present.time Gourmet No. Regards Mike Strutt .

Very good quality food, huge portions. Perfect relaxing location. Fantastic views.
The only complaint I could have is regarding the comfort of the beds. We stayed in a junior suite, and for the price we paid I expected better quality beds. They are spring mattresses that are slightly dated and two single metal bed frames. They were not very comfortable. The mattress on the sofa bed was a very thin piece of foam. But that is all, my only complaint would relate to the beds. Everything else was very nice.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was good. An a la carte restaurant was an advantage.

missingWrote a review on 07 Novfine viewsnoisy roompoor dining experience
Fine views of the mountains and valley.
Our room was quite noisy due to outside ventilation units. The restaurant's menu was difficult to read, and many dishes were unavailable. My husband suffered from food poisoning after eating a dish, and the hotel denied that the food was to blame, showing a lack of accountability.

Fine escape in the hills 🌄
The views are amazing! We loved chilling on the terrace with the lekker food-had to go back for dinner! The service is sharp-sharp with the staff super friendly, always keen for a chat!
Just a heads up, it's a bit of a trek to the village-really steep!

The shower was a disaster, just like the unreliable wi-fi. I expected a luxurious experience, but alas, nobody offered me a complimentary upgrade, which woudl ve been the least I deserved. I almost considered giving a good review, but the thin bathroom towels and overall neglect just made it impossible.
